You can easily cancel scheduled payments right up to the day they've been scheduled to be paid.
Here's how to cancel your bill payment
- In the dashboard, view the list of scheduled bill payments
2. Select the scheduled payment you'd like to cancel
3. Click on the 3 dots in the top right
4. Select Cancel Payment
5. Confirm cancellation
That's it. You'll receive an email notification that your payment has been cancelled.
After the scheduled payment has been cancelled
The bill then returns to your inbox (as seen below) where you can reschedule it, edit its details, mark it as paid or delete it.
