Then, all payments are quickly deposited directly to your bank account. is completely free for you to receive all payments regardless of how they're paid. Your customers only pay a 2.9% fee if they want to pay you with a credit card, otherwise it's 100% free for them too.

You can even create specific payment requests so that you can track when requests were sent, and whether they've been opened, scheduled or paid.

👉 How to get started with

1 .Sign up

Go to and sign up by entering your email address and a password.
Verify your email by entering the 4 digit code sent to your email inbox.
Then just enter your business's basic details to set up your account: your business's name, address, phone number and your name. 

Now that you're signed up, you can create your own link to share with your customers. 

Make sure you've selected the Request tab in the side-bar and click on the CREATE YOUR LINK button

3. Create a payment request

In addition to using your business's link to collect any payment, you can also create payment requests with the amount and invoice pre-filled to share with your customers. Payment requests are also trackable, so you can see when they've been sent, opened, and sent.

  • Start by clicking on + button on the top left and then request or on the CREATE NEW PAYMENT REQUEST button

  • Then add the request manually by entering details or by uploading an invoice

Copy and share the custom URL link you set up before ( and share it with your customers to start accepting payments. Or share a specific payment request with one of your customers and track the payment's activity.

5. Get paid by your customers

Whether you choose to share your link only or send out payment requests, your customers can pay you quickly and easily with free ACH bank transfers, use their debit card (also free), or charge their credit card for a 2.9% fee (for them only). 

The first time they pay with Melio, they'll have a pop-up that explains how Melio works. Then they can click through and sign up for an account or just pay as a guest.
To pay as a guest, they can simply enter their email and verify it to choose a payment method and schedule the payment.

For payment requests, you can track when your link has been sent and opened. In either case, you'll get a notification when your payment has arrived, along with payment details.
