Connecting Melio and QuickBooks Online syncs the two to save time and eliminate double data entry.

It's also completely free and takes just a minute to connect the two. 

Connect QuickBooks Online from your account.

You can sign up with your Intuit account to get started with your QuickBooks data right away. Or, if you're already signed up, follow these instructions to connect QuickBooks:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on settings in the left side-bar
  3. Click on 'accounting software'
  4. Select 'Connect to QuickBooks'
  5. Sign in to QuickBooks

Connect Melio from the QuickBooks App Store

You can also connect QuickBooks and Melio through Intuit's QuickBooks app store - Melio in the QuickBooks app store.

Once connected, Melio pulls vendor information from QuickBooks, so you don't have to enter any vendor details, just select one from a list or start typing and have vendors auto-completed. Then, once you've completed a bill payment in Melio, your QuickBooks account is updated with the payment's details.

QuickBooks Online only

Melio currently only supports QuickBooks Online, with QuickBooks Desktop support coming soon. Melio does not support QuickBooks Enterprise. 

Other Accounting Software

We have plans to support other accounting software, but today Melio only integrates with QuickBooks Online.
