Having trouble adding a credit card to your Melio account? Then you've probably seen the error message below. We're here to help.

This issue might be caused by a number of reasons:

  1. The card is a Diners card (which Melio does not support at this time)
  2. The card is a pre-paid debit card (which Melio does not support at this time)
  3. The credit card used is a consumer Visa card, whereas Melio can only process Commercial, Corporate, or Business Visa credit cards. 
  4. Incorrect address entered. Please check that the address you have entered does not include a hyphenated zip code. Please use a 6-digit, un-hyphenated, zip code.
